Filming begins this week on the movie adaptation of the famous Japanese animation "Speedracer" and we found an article from USA Today
about the new movie. The remake also marks the return of Andy and Larry Wachowski, the brothers who directed ‘The Matrix’ divx die another day trilogy. They might be using a real monkey to play the part of Chim Chim, but the car will not see pavement as most effects will be computer-generated. Rumor has it that Jada Toys is working on the diecast model car from the movie and that it will be release around the time of the movie in May, 2008!
