Indianapolis, IN (September 15, 2010) The scenes constructed in GreenLight’s 1:64 Dioramas include popular series widely demanded by GreenLight Collectors as well as a couple newly introduced themes, just to keep things fresh. This collaboration of new and different themes definitely keeps the series fun, interesting and collectible. 1:64 GreenLight Dioramas 3 is composed of four different scenes including County Roads, Hot Pursuit, Hitchin’ a Ride and new to the bunch, Road Racers.
County Roads is known for including vehicles found in rural neighborhoods, quaint communities, local parking lots and the forgotten front yards across America. “This County Roads set comes with four fully decorated figures to show a camping site” says Justin Wilkinson, Head of Graphic Design “The campers are having a discussion with the park ranger, the topic of the conversation we’ll leave between them.”
Hot Pursuit, paying homage to our countries law men and women, features a 1990 Ford Mustang Florida Highway Patrol that that has apprehended a 1988 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. Possible speeder, maybe a car thief, not sure, but it should definitely be illegal to not own this set!
Hitchin’ a Ride features a car near to us here at GreenLight. No literally, this set includes a taxi from our very own Indianapolis, IN. The first use of our licensing with Yellow Cab Co. and not the last! This taxi themed set made its debut with Dioramas 2 and now makes a second round.
The last set in the series is Road Racers, a 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe from the Terlingua racing team and 1972 AMC Javelin from AMX Roy Woods Racing. Both race cars take off down the track as it glistens in the sun like the first place trophy in their mind. Available for Fall 2010, make a spot on your shelf for these four beauties.

1:64 Motor World Series 3 is sectioned into three different sub-series- Classics, American, and Speed. Those cars that are placed into the “Classic” sub-set are distinguished vehicles, well-known for their appearance and performance. The “America” collection contains manufacturers indigenous to the home of the brave and “Speed” sub-series include those vehicles that could rip the road apart.

Target is behind the wheel for GreenLight’s 1:64 Hot Pursuit Series 4

The fourth series of 1:64 Hot Pursuit will be available at Target Stores.

Indianapolis, IN (July 6, 2010) GreenLight’s newest release of 1:64 Hot Pursuit is a double debut, with Series Four making its way to the public as well as the re-introduction of Target to the list of GreenLight Mass Market Outlets.  This 1:64 Hot Pursuit line has kicked opened the doors of a business relationship, creating yet another channel that the collectors can use to fuel their GreenLight demand.

1:64 Hot Pursuit was chosen to jump start GreenLight’s representation at Target from its ability to transcend so many different categories of collecting.  Hot Pursuit illustrates American Pride, power, stability and the personal memories made by the collectors themselves.  Accompanying these intriguing factors, Hot Pursuit performs as a major seller and from the success of past series; this is a trend that will remain strong and proud. 

The cars chosen for 1:64 Hot Pursuit Series 4 were handpicked for success, including larger police departments that will ensure a substantial base of invested interest as well as a diverse representation of the nation. These cars are a force to be reckoned with, and the only warning you get is these Hot Items will not last long!

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (June 7, 2010) Almost everyone has a childhood memory of a toy police die cast car, they represent safety, allow one to play the role of authority and are the perfect beginning to the lifelong love of die cast collecting.  Though they don't have the power to write you a ticket GreenLight Collectibles has continued to represent complete authenticity with the newest release of the 1:64 Hot Pursuit Series 3.  For those not familiar to the series Hot Pursuit includes police, fire chief and patrol cars from past and present municipalities across America.

When choosing which cars to use in this hot series GreenLight has truly listened to what the collectors want.  Numerous requests for larger departments as well as the positive feedback received from past patrol cars prompted GreenLight to included three state patrol cars (Alabama, Nevada and Wisconsin).  The set also includes two county sheriff cars for variety, Rockdale County Georgia and Boone County Missouri.  But by far the most unique car in the series is the 1981 Chevy Corvette, property of the Waterford, Connecticut police department. This car was seized from a drug
dealer and has since been used as part of the Waterford police's anti-narcotics education programs. "This isn't your every day police cruiser, but we hope collectors respond well and appreciate it as such an interesting model" says Matthew Elliot, Director of Production.  "This uncommon police vehicle choice paired with the unique paint scheme is the type of rare but authentic model GreenLight tries to showcase from time to time to add great variety to the set."
