With obvious similarities to the dominant early-70’s Dodge Challenger and Plymouth Barracuda muscle cars, the all-new Dodge Challenger concept was unveiled to rave reviews at the Detroit Auto Show. With a 6.1-liter V8 Hemi V8 under the hood producing 425 hp (yep, just like the Dodge Charger SRT-8), a six-speed manual transmission, rear-wheel drive just like the Magnum, Charger, and 300C, and only 2 doors, the new Challenger Concept is shorter and wider than a Charger. Rumor has it the Challenger Concept will be available in dealers in 2008.
