I am an avid die-cast collector who has run out of room. My loss is your gain, as all of my models for sale are in excellent condition. This one does have a ***MINOR FACTORY FLAW*** that is described below. Up for auction is the extremely hard to find 1:18 Lane Exact Detail SAAC-25 1965 Shelby Mustang GT350. This is an official collectible associated with the Shelby American Automobile Club, and was made for the occasion of the club’s 25th anniversary. I believe they were initially available to club members, at their meeting in Lime Rock. After that, people sought them out in the secondary market, but they were immediately VHTF. Since these are replicas of the 1965 Shelby, and they are the silver anniversary collectible associated with SAAC, they are extremely sought after. Note: I’m also selling my SAAC-30 model. Look for my other listing. I am the second owner of this diecast. I never displayed this model, and the person who had it before me said they never displayed it. Since I can’t verify this, I listed the model as ‘USED’ condition. The model and box are in excellent condition, though. ***MINOR FACTORY FLAW*** The driver’s side door does not seat 100% into the frame. It is very close, though, and came from the factory this way. I just like to be totally open about imperfections, which do often exist in diecast. I don’t know of any other imperfections.
